When visitors leave comments or enquiry forms on our site, we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Your email address will not be published or shared with third parties.
Media
If you upload images to our website or share media files with us for project purposes, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

Payment Terms
For all projects and services, NSYLabs requires a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final files or access are handed over. Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project Delivery
NSYLabs will provide estimated timelines for all projects at the start of each engagement. Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from the client. NSYLabs is not responsible for delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials on time.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom work created by NSYLabs for their project. NSYLabs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party tools, plugins, themes, and software remain subject to their own licenses.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor enquiry data and comments may be checked through automated spam detection services. Data submitted through our contact forms is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized NSYLabs team members.
